When both of my parents fell ill at the same time. I placed them at this facility because it was the most affordable. I now understand why all of the other assisted living facilities are twice the price of this dump. Their staffing is minimal and there are times when there is no licensed nurse on the premises. The assistant staff is also minimal and are what you would expect, I suppose, (neck tattoos, bad teeth, etc.) for the low wages offered. When my mother passed away, I was sent a pro-rated bill that included the interim 3 days between her death and when I came to collect her belongings. I do not think it is fair to expect someone to come clean out their deceased family member's belongings immediately or be charged $92 per day. All that remained was clothing in the closet which could have easily been boxed up if necessary. They are just trying to grab the last little bit of money they can because that's what they are about--money not caring for your loved ones

Whatever you do, don't put your family here They hire people off the street no training,and no supervision after 6 pm as the LPN's leave. Only 2 people working. I found them both outside smoking repeatedly leaving all pt' s alone, letting people fall, on their phone all the time, your family will be lying in saturated diapers that they mark in ink the diapers were changed 2 hrs after the time it actually is. They took years off my mother's life. Heartbreaking still. If I could rate it a 0 I would. I have been an RN for 30 yrs and it is the worst care I have ever seen. The lie in bed 16 hrs a day, they let my mom fall causing contracture in her leg never able to walk again. I couldn't find my mom once and I found her lying in bathroom floor unable to get up in the dark of another pt's room while they are outside smoking. Unbelievable, neglectful, horrible place no one should have to suffer like these helpless elderly people do. Please listenNEVER leave your family alone here after 6 PM
