TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Total breakdown of communication, attention to detail and taking responsibility. I had to point out to them that my order was short 5 shirts. Of course that took an extra week to get remaining shirts. Also, weeks later they still owe me the money for a nice polo sytle shirt that was burned and rendered useless when they applied the decal. Still no shirt or my money back for it. Many other choices in Knoxville for tshirts. I would keep looking if I were you.

These people were so friendly. Their art designs were amazying! We will continue to use this place for all my future tshirts!
