This place is awful! They are trying to 'beautify' the outside without fixing any of the interiors. There are roaches and ants and drug users abound. The 'pet' area is filled with broken glass. They just removed all of the handrails that go up the hills and I am pretty sure that this is a building code violation. NOTHING that you need done will get done. As of last week, there were SIX working washing machines for ONE HUNDRED apartments. And management? Yeah, as bad as you can imagine. The 'regional manager' is totally incompetent. She is your typical middle manager: only cares about $$$ and not about the people who actually live here. Once you are in, you have to pay an enormous sum to cut your lease early. Horrible place. Cannot wait to move.

Revision: there has been a dead bird and a beer bottle on our front grass for A WEEK. A dead bird. Also, the Mexicans have taken over. There are ZERO parking spots left because they each have a bunch of crappy cars with out of state plates and expired tabs. One mexicano sits outside and smokes pot every single day in his pajamas. Def not the guy you want around your kids. This place is revolting.

the managers that own the property harass you. if you are Hispanic you can do what you want. your children cant play and it doesnt feel like home. The units need have major electrical issues and the repairs are cover ups. They dont fix major things. The apartments are also infested with ants and other outside bugs. alot of the units are roach infested also.
