We previously bought our tires there for both our vehicles. We had our brakes repaired yesterday on our Ford F-150 and we felt they treated us courteously and were very polite.

5 stars doesn't say enough about the service, professionalism, cleanliness and price. Craig understood our situation and got us back on the road in 15 minutes. 10 STARS out of 5.
Yes they are that good.

To say that I have been treated fairly would be a gross understatement. I have mostly worked with Tim Williams and they have gone out of their way to take care of me and my car. Great folks - I can't imagine them being neglectful as another writer said. Once they did an alignment without asking me and when I pointed it out, it was taken off the bill. I have had an occasional leak and they checked all the tires and fixed the leak - no charge. They take really good care of their customers.

I took my car to Matlock Tire to have tires installed.When they were done I looked underneath the side of the car, and they had put about a dozen gouges into the paint on the ferring where they lifted the car incorrectly. I explained how to lift the car properly without damaging it. No matter, they lifted it the way I told them NOT to lift it, and damaged it anyway.After viewing the carnage, I went inside and told (I assume the owner) Jimmy Matlock he needed to look at what they did to my car. He came out and started smearing his hand around hard on the dirty (and now scratched) paint. Mr. Matlock seemed unimpressed, offered no apology, and offered no refund. He handed me a card for a local "fly by night" mechanic, and said to call him. Then he walked away.Now the side ferring of my car is scratched and gouged horribly, and apparently I got to pay for it!I DO NOT recommend Matlock Tire, if you want it done right, and with courtesy, go elsewhere. I wish I had.
