When I first moved in to Tiffany Square it was quiet and safe. After about two months, cars were getting broken into or damaged (mine keyed and dented), cops were on the property looking for fugitives, and neighbors were allowed to power saw on their deck at 740 a.m. Maintenance would only help if it were an easily fixable issue, otherwise they'd make a "follow up" time to finish the job, which they'd never show up to complete. It didn't matter how clean you were because bugs and roaches would always appear. Parking was very limited and unorganized. My biggest issue though, was the fact that the non-refundable $200 security deposit is later called an administration fee, so they can pocket it and charge you for any small thing they deem required to be fixed. Also, the pet deposit fee is non-refundable and is only applied for you to keep your animal at the apartment, (not to cover the cost of repairs...wtf). I deep cleaned the carpet and they said that no damage was done by my pet, but the total $500 in deposits I paid was not able to be used to repaint the 3 walls I initially painted in my apartment. I was told that I would receive an invoice for it later (again, WTF).



Also, the apartments need to be severely updated, the windows and doors need to be replaced and resealed. None of the doors inside the apartment shut all the way, the closet doors are always falling off of the railing or getting stuck, and the dishwasher sucks. Plumbing is a joke seeing as our tub rarely fully drained and would randomly fill with water from God knows where, we called multiple times to get it fixed and it was never resolved. When they fixed our garbage disposal in the kitchen they flooded the cabinet under the sink, destroying my dishwasher detergent, rolls of paper towels and a power drill. When the replaced the sliding glass door they broke one of my patio chairs an didn't even apologize for it. The window in my room was severely dated and never closed all the way, which made me able to hear every noise that happened outside and my kub bill to severely increase.



In short, the place is a scam and will screw you out of as much money as possible. DO NOT live here.
