Wonderful experience! I absolutely love my dress. The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress!!

So REFRESHING!! I was reffered to Wedding Wonderland by a friend and cannot thank her enough for telling me about it! The stores does not have a huge selection of gowns but they have a little of everything. They carry wedding gowns, bridesmaids gowns, and mother of the bride gowns, along with lingerie. The wedding gowns are mostly lace and beading with a few plain ones. I was looking for lace and found my match made in heaven! I wanted to cry as soon as I put it on. Also, they use pins to fit the dress on you, not those big clip things that don't really give you shape! The dressing rooms are very large and you can even call ahead and they will have champagne ready for you when you get there :) They are not pushy at all and really want you to just be happy with what you choose. The owner Lisa is an angel. She worked with me personally and made me feel very relaxed and less stressed because she could answer all of my questions about the dress and alterations and costs and time frame. Appointment is not required there but i suggest you make one so in case they are busy you will for sure get a consultant all to yourself. I HIGHLY suggest you go to Wedding Wonderland

This place is wonderful! If you are looking for a wedding dress near Knoxville make this your first stop. I went here the first time and was a little disappointed with the dress selection. I only saw one dress that I liked, but that dress turned out to be the one. It was an Allure Couture mermaid that had crystals and lace from top to bottom! The only problem was that it was $3k. They do have more ball gowns than anything, but I wanted a tight fitting dress with a lot of crystals. The consultant Nancy put me in my dress and wasn't pushy AT ALL! She asked me what I liked and what I didn't. She wasn't trying to get me to buy anything that I couldn't afford. I left the store to try on other gowns. After going to quite a few more places, being so disappointed in the selection, I couldn't stop thinking about the dress I had tried on at Wedding Wonderland. I called them back to make another appointment. The manager or owner, I'm not really sure, told me that the bridal stuff was 15% off that month! I was SO happy. I rushed into the store and tried on the dress again. I spent an hour with the dress on and trying on accessories. Nancy wasn't trying to rush me or anything. She was so happy and was taking pictures. I bought my dress, and about a month later I got a letter in the mail from Nancy. She had sent me a thank you letter and told me how nice it was to spend the day with me. I felt like I was welcomed there, and I didn't feel pushed or rushed like I did at other stores. This place is 100Xs better than certain chain stores that have mass produced dresses, ladies you know where I'm talking about...beside West Town. The dresses they sell here are made for you. You don't get a sample dress unless you want a discounted dress. Make sure you allow plenty of time for them to make your dress, about six months for everything. Overall my experience here was wonderful! They made me feel special.

I was concerned about going because I'd seen some harsh reviews but am SO glad I went. The shop itself is bright and inviting, as are the ladies that work there. It's well organized, the fitting rooms are big and the selection of dresses is fantastic. I went in without an appointment and they took amazing care of me.



I was looking for something very particular when I went in--sleeves. Not a jacket, but actual sleeves. My consultant took a lace jacket and pinned in in place for each dress to give me an idea of what it would look like and let me know that working with the designers would be easy.



I ended up falling in love with a dress that had straps but on sleeves and was perfectly happy with it. I've recommended the place to friends and even gone with a friend with serious budget issues that they were able to work with. I completely recommend Wedding Wonderland! (and in response to another review, I recommend them over White lace and promises because you had to have an appointment to try anything on and there store was very confusing. WLP isn't even there anymore!)

This place is PATHETIC! They locked the dorr in our face after we had called to let them know we were on our way to look at color swatches for bridesmaids! we got there 20 minutes BEFORE they had closed and they had locked the door and was leaving! we are a VERY prominent family in the knoxville area and I will assure you there will be NO business from this bride or my other 2 siblings that are also getting married within a year! WORD OF MOUTH ladies and my mouth is quite large! Please refer to WHITE LACE AND PROMISES before you think about giving this salon a chance!!

These folks are so accomodating. Great service. Awesome prices. Will tell everyone I know about this place. Definately top notch.
