I love this place -- courteous, professional, prompt, efficient -- couldn't be better.

Considering it was laundry day, we had a positive experience. Countryside offers clean, modern, affordable coin laundry machines with your choice of regular, double, triple and super-multiple capacity washers (great for king-size comforters) and no waiting because there are plenty of each size to accommodate even a busy Sunday crowd. The temperature was comfortable with fans located throughout to keep the air cool and circulating. Countryside also provides laundry service AND dry cleaning service. hangers are available for sale in case you forget yours at home (yes, we did) along with the regular assortment of laundry products from the vending machines. An attendant is always on duty and available. The attendant on our laundry day may have been an owner; she was extremely friendly, helpful, professional, informative and all the while she was tending to laundry and keeping the environment pleasant. Also onsite are a variety of coin operated toy, candy, and sticker machines, a small area designated for children to play, a television, some arcade style games and live birds to coo over. Another benefit is the location; placed right between a Thai and a Vietnamese restaurant. Deciding at which to stop for lunch will be your toughest decision of the day!

We've been going there for over 3yrs for our dry cleaning needs as well as using their machine for our large bulking items. On my last visit the owner charged me $34.00 to have 2 coats dry cleaned. One was a light coat and the other was a machine washable coat. Without displaying their pricing it's hard to know what they charge for drycleaning, however I know that I got ripped off on this last and final visit. Upon approahing her, she tried to indicate that the machine washable coat was made out of special material, therfore she charged me $19 alone for that coat. What a rip off and she's lost me as a 3 year customer and anyone else I come in contact with will know how she really does business.

The cost of a load of laundry is comparable to other laundromats, but the cost of drying is a bit high. I usually spend on average 50 cents more than at most other laundromats to dry the same load of clothing. Their dryers over less time (about 2 minutes less) than most other places and their dryers are noticeably less hot. Overall though, the place is clean and you don't have to fight anyone to get a washer or dryer. It is a pretty good place to do laundry. They also offer dry cleaning services.

I haven't visited a laundromat since I was in college, but found the need to wash an oversized comforter. The business premises were clean and well kept. All the equipment was in working order and I was quite comfortable while I was waiting. Next time I need a laundromat, I will certainly return to Countryside.
