Vincent's Bistro offers Palm Beach County authentic French Bakery serving fresh baked pastries, baked goods, breakfasts & lunches. Owners Vincent and Christine Durin are seasoned restaurateurs. Chef Vincent completed an apprenticeship in Charcuterie-Traiteur early in his career and worked in France for many years. He and Christine went on to open two restaurants and a catering service in Quebec. They returned to the South of France 15 years ago, where the eventually created their wildly popular, semi-gastronomic restaurant.
