These are wonderful people to work with. They are very helpful. The financing is really easy with a low down payment. This is definitely a place I would recommend if you need appliances, bedding, or furniture.

I bought furniture several years ago excellent people to buy from prices, credit everything you need. I intend to buy from here this next two months . Glad they are still here.

We were looking for used furniture until we found this place. We put 1/2 down and they financed the rest. Couldn't be happier.

My Grandpa used to shop here so they have been around a while. Don't expect a big fancy showroom but that's why the prices are so good. They let you make payments and always make them so I can afford it. I always check here when I need furniture.

This place is a joke. I purchased a set of twin beds. My husband had to deliver them to our house. We were in the process of putting them together, there were no pilot holes drilled for the "lag bolts" to be put. After looking at these $600.00 beds, they were made of pine and wood screws. CHEAP MADE FURNITURE THAT YOU HAVE TO DELIVER AND PUT TOGETHER YOURSELF FOR PRICES YOU COULD PAY REAL FURNITURE STORES FOR BETTER MERCHANDISE. For anyone that is looking to pay alot for bad made furniture B & B Outlet is the place for you.

This place is a joke. My wife purchased a set of bunk beds. My father-in-law had to deliver them to our house. We had to wait 4 days for the hardware to put them together. My son and I were in the process of putting them together, there were no pilot holes drilled for the "lag bolts" to be put. After looking at these $387.00 bunkbeds, they were made of pine and wood screws. I explained to wife she was talked into buying beds by a theaf that is hurting in business. In laymens terms, she was taken advantage of. After making several phone calls to the Lake Wales store, my wife called the Lakeland store and was able to talk to somebody. The person explained the guy who sold my wife the cheaply made beds was not there. She asked the person to ask the salesman to call her, but to no avail. Finally, a "delivery" boy picked the beds up and took them back to the store for another person to be took advantage of. To top it all off, the loser of the Lake Wales store deposited our check even after he had him merchandise back in his store, the my father-in-law visited his store again to explain how he took advantage of the sale, he charged a $25.00 pick up fee. I could understand if he delivered the beds to start off with. I would not recommend this place.
