I was referred to this towing service through my insurance company (not sure why they would these guys) because we wouldn't have to pay. It would be directly reimbursed through my insurance. We were scheduled to pick up our vehicle around noon, then came 1 pm, we called they were on their way 15 minutes. Then came 1:30 pm, called again 15 minutes, but maybe 20 traffic was slow. I asked where they were coming from, and they said Lansing, which is 20 minute drive to where I was. Around 2 pm I called another company who was there in 7 minutes. I don't know if these guys ever showed up. Horrible service!

This is by far one of the worst tow companies in the lansing area. I will never use these guys again, they are scam artists. Some of my friends have used this company also, and the complaints are always the same. Dirty trucks, rude drivers, and dispatchers that just don't care, and get attitudes when you try to talk to them. These guys deserve less than 1 star. I'm taking all of my business to Pj's.
