Provided by SuperpagesI called to speak with someone specifically and I waited 20+ minutes with no sign of ever being assisted. Your telephone system does not return to the customer to indicate how many customers are ahead after the initial prompt. How do individuals get through who want to speak with management about something specific (not necessarily products) but possibly employees?
