My husband bought me a ring, 3 months later I noticed a diamond missing. It was replaced no charge, but he made another purchase at the same time. Now one month later a different diamond is missing. Is this done thinking another purchase will be made? I'll take myself to find out. Otherwise, these are just crap made rings.

We are going to stay at one star until I get the certification from the diamond back from GIA. Colleen and Leslie sold my boyfriend an un-certified diamond. We returned to the store but they would not refund his money. The ring not being refundable was never mentioned. Fine... so they offered a credit for a store in Las Vegas even though we live NYC. So I picked out a ring and kept the original diamond and asked them to have it certified.

Here is where all the excuses begin... it will take two weeks, it will cost another $100...etc. When I asked Colleen to have it GIA certified she stated "No, we use our guy in LA." Feeling really apprehensive about her guy I could do nothing we were leaving that night for NYC and who the hell wants a 6k credit for some bootleg jewelry store in a Las Vegas mall?

In any event, we receive the ring they had it EGL certified the problem with this is EGL inflates their grades. We have taken the ring to be GIA certified and we were already told that it was not and color and grade that EGL certified. Jewelers use EGL as a way profiting more on their diamonds. Please BE CAREFUL when dealing with this particular jeweler, they are just dishonest. I will post both reports that I receive once I get the completed GIA report so you can be educated on their scam. All their diamond prices are inflated because of their EGL certifications.
