This is by far the worst LabCorp I have been too. I visited this LabCorp only because it was 4 minutes down the road from my doctor's office. Upon arriving, the receptionist at the window was staring at me with a disgusted look on her face and she proceeded to say, "We close at 3pm". I replied by saying isn't it 2:45? She answered by asking me why I would choose to come there when they're about to close and that she wanted to get home. I again answered by telling her that its because I care about my health and need to get this blood work done and that their office wasn't closed until 3pm. She asked for my paperwork and under her breath says "Shit, she brought a whole grocery list with her too", as she looks at her co-worker. Her co-worker states, she's leaving at 3pm and stares at me as if I am in the wrong for coming there to get blood work done. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and demanded I go check in and I proceeded to tell her over and over again that she can't speak to people like this especially patients trying to have important labs done and that her behavior is unacceptable. She again responded with "Girl, please." I also told her that I would be speaking to a manager about this experience, and she yelled at me saying that she didn't care.

I want everyone to know that this level of treatment at a healthcare facility is unacceptable and honestly disturbing. I can only imagine how she speaks to others and how long has she gotten away this? How is this woman a phlebotomist? Also, I needed blood work done to determine a serious health condition and instead of kinder words, I was treated so poorly.

This rating is for the regular staff who work there almost always when we are there. They are professional, and attentive to the person. My daughter who is disabled requires regular routine bloodwork to monitor blood thinner. We have been going to this lab for more than one year. When regular staff are available we have no problem with paperwork or the blood draw, in and out in no time. When other staff are there we can have issues with standing orders or actual blood draw. I no longer will let staff who do not know my daughter draw her blood. We most definitely appreciate the regular staff at this office who get to know the person and make the experience as least stressful as possible.

I accompanied my friend to get her blood work done and the lady that took her blood was very rude since she approached us and she ended up messing up 3 times! Once she messed up the first time, she forgave my friend and then started to be nice after messing up. The needle came out and scratched her. Then, the second time, she didn't put it in the right way. Lastly, since she realized she kept messing up and she took her time for the third time and finally got the blood work done.

used labcorp for decades but when my insurer changed and i went to lawrenceville office they looked at my card then asked for a debit and to sign a release to charge in the event insurer doesn t pay i was charged and it reads on the card to use a particular service provider which i am sure labcorp rep knew. then charged me a higher rate than my carrier would have paid so when i uncover such sleezeball practices i like to alert others in the area
