Staff was wonderful !! Dr.Crawford lacked bed side manner. She was rude, blamed others for her lack of knowledge and organization.
She had no problem running patients off. She lacks Empathy for her patients, does not listen to them, if in pain she would ignore the complaints of pain. The experience I had was enough for a life time. I would NEVER recommend this place to Anyone. Unless, you request Dr.Suit she is Awesome, Professional and Truly cares about her patients. The Hygiene Ladies are Top Notch, very kind and Professional.

Initially my experience was okay, my second appointment was not so good. Besides moving me from chair to chair about 3 times, once they started working on me they would stop and work on someone else. They were not able to finish the job of my root canal because my roots are to long. I was okay with that but the fact that they send me to a specialist that does not cover me with my insurance is a burden. So I called them back I asked if they can please send me with a specialist that will cover me. I been calling for about a week and I have not received a called back. specifying when talking to a couple of different front desk clerk that I am in pain. I usually never leave reviews but I am hopping they see this, simple reason if they want to be successful they should care about their patients more.

I received a root canal a year a half ago and all ready the filling is falling out when I called about they told be I'd have to pay again for it , they we're very rude and told me the dentist I had seen no longer works there. I can to their place of business to have the treatment that wasn't done correctly .

I am one who is, was scared to death of the dentist and they helped me over come that. The people there were extremely nice, they have very comfortable environment setting and the employees weren't just there to do a job. They actually cared about my concerns. Which I think is awesome. I had a broken tooth in my lower back and they took it out -No Sweat! The doctor was super gentle and fast. Which is good, The faster the better. This will always be My Dentist from now on!

I'm not sure the exact situation the previous poster experienced at My Dentist, but my experience was amazing. I had a dental emergency and the staff there had me in to correct the issue within 40 minutes. My follow-up for treatment was the very next day. The staff is informed, caring and more gentle than any other dentist I've been to. They also worked with my husband and I on payments for the procedure.

THEY screw up and YOU pay. Billing dept doesnt know what they are doing!!!!!
