They will call you almost hourly to get your business, once they get it, if you need to speak to anybody that can answer your question(s) is in a meeting no matter what time of day you call and messages are

A: never taken down
B: not given to the person you need to speak with
C: they already have your money....

They will call you to remind you to bring your vehicle in for services twice a week two months before THE APPOINTMENT YOU MADE with them to remind you of the appointment.

With the exception of safety recalls, they claim they sent out a letter as soon as they knew about the recall. Once you show up they can't seem to find your appointment schedule......

The first new car I have ever bought! They were more honest with me than any other dealership I had been to as I shopped for a car. I really like the warranty !
