Been coming to here for 10 plus years, they have always treated me fairly and always been friendly. The staff is very knowledgeable and always do a professional job.

CHRIS AND CRAIG - VERY RUDE, dishonest, unprofessional and could care less about the customer. Care ONLY about money and will do ANYTHING to get it!!! Stay AWAY!!!!

I took my Corvette for repairs. I don't know much about mechanics but enough to know it was the alternator based on what happened and my brother being a mechanic, they all agreed that it was. They quoted me $780.00 when I asked why that much, they said the alternator was $ 350.00 plus parts and labor. I told them that the most expensive one was $ 121.00 that I was going to bring my own. They charge me 398.00 for labor because it was a 3 hr labor. I waited outside the garage and the mechanic took out and replaced in 45min. When I told him about it, the manager said they were going by the book. After discussing, about the price they lower it to $320.00

The place is a TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

I only took it there because I could drive my car anywhere else.... My advise!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT NOT even for an oil change!!!!

The worse repairs and service I have ever received. Took insurance money for parts and labor and didn't put any new parts on my vehicle! They have promised new parts but a month and a half later keep giving me the run around. Can't be trusted. Do not go here!

BEWARE!! TECH CHANGED THE SETTINGS ON MY COMPUTER SYSTEM TO TRY TO GET WORK DONE We live close to their shop and had vehicle inspections and oil changes done there. No repair work, they just aren't qualified. I may be a female senior citizen but have been a gearhead from the 60's and am not stupid about cars, as they seem to think. I rolled my eyes at their "estimates" and all their dire predictions about the additional work needed on our low miles and well maintained vehicles. I recently learned the techs work on commission. On my latest and last visit ever, Mr. Richard advised me I had a serious problem. My brake light was on, I was low on brake fluid and my nav screen showed the suspension needed to be serviced ASAP. None of this was on when I drove in Techs can change the computer settings to display this and that is what they did. I disconnected the battery to clear the system.. One month later I had radiator repair at a reputable shop and they got a good laugh.

Had a problem with my headlamp switch and a/c. Driver's picked up my vehicle and did the repairs same day. Parts needed were shown on bill plus labor. My first time here and I would definitely recommend them.

I had a bad experience that was not resolved with this company. A visit here cost me an additional $400 in repairs at another repair place. (At the time of writing this) This company has numerous complaints with the BBB and is not an accredited BBB business. I would not recommend Auto Answers South Shore location.
