Founded in 1950, its premium mozzarella cheese is the uniform source of its high-quality sweet whey, whey protein concentrate and lactose products. Its cheese is made in some of the world s largest mozzarella manufacturing plants from Grade A milk. In its plants, Leprino pasteurizes, coagulates, cuts and cooks, then sends the whey off to be stretched, cooled, shredded and packaged.
