Provided by YP.comI prepaid $2100 for a set of tires and rims, and when I picked up my truck I got the wrong, smaller set. I just want what I paid for but I ended up getting screwed over by a greedy owner that cares more about money then providing the right set of tires that I fully paid for. Total scam and no one should shop here when they rip people off for no good reason other than greed.
I've tried to exchange them for the tires I purchased only to be hung up on and threatened by the owner Steven.

Provided by YP.comLesson Learned... I should have read the reviews before having anything to do with this business! Also this business is has no wheel-chair access, you have to ask a customer for help, just to get in the front door.

Provided by YP.comI would NEVER recommend that anyone go to Lucky's to get work done. I recently went there to get tint put on my vehicle and they did a terrible job. It took them 3 tries just to get the vehicle to a point where I could put up with it, and I had to leave it overnight all 3 times because they never got to it when they said they would. It is still far from perfect, but it is clear that mediocre work is all that you can expect from them. After the first try, I went back to have it redone and told them that every window had bubbles and that I was not satisfied. When I returned to pick up the vehicle I saw that they had only redone 2 of the windows. When I went in to tell them the owner Steven came out and looked it over. Instead of apologizing for the bad work, he told me that the tint could only be as good as the condition of the car. According to him you can't expect a good tint job unless you have a new car. I told him that I was not happy with it still, but he would not offer a refund. I was able to get him to give it another shot which resulted in me leaving it overnight once again. I have just decided that it is not worth my time to take it back again. If they can't get it right after 3 attempts, then I don't believe it's going to get any better...

Provided by YP.comMy wife took her car in at 4:00 was told to come back by the short fat dude that works the register...... To pick her car up around 7. She called when I drove by there with her at 5:00 when we noticed her car was still parked in same place as it was when she left it and asked them if her car was going to be ready by their closing time at 7:00. He said yes! At 6:45 she called before we left our house and asked if her car was ready and the dude said, yes you can come on it wont be much longer and when we got there they hadn't even took car to the garage until we saw them drive car in garage. The manager walked out and said I can hear you complaining and I said yes because your guy told my wife to come around 7:00. He said around 7 could mean 6:45 or 7:45. It was 7:15 when he said that. It takes longer than 30 mins to tint windows and if we had waited it would have been after 8:00 when they would be done. We got money back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional! All they had to do was tell us to bring car back if they were to backed up or have the decency to call like any other business would do if they were going to be that late, not tell us when my wife called in front of me and asked if it was ready...... To come on in it wouldn't be that much longer!!!! Why didn't he just say we haven't even started on your car yet!!!!! If he didnt say that why would we have came on in??? Around 7:00 to.the boss there is considered between 6:45 to 7:45,,,,lol. It wouldn't been until after 8:00 that we would have gotten out of there so his arguing about the time was invalid!!!!

Provided by YP.comI give them NEGATIVE stars!!!! Wow this place needs to be PUT OUT of business! They have no customer skills, rude and quite frankly a bunch of lazy dudes. That place is only open and makes money by screwing people over! Would you ever come back, when the work is unacceptable and they won't fix the problem, to use store credit? What a load of crap!! I work for a big named car dealership here in town and I am making sure we don't use their business, unfortunately I wish I had asked around before using Lucky's, I would have found out to go elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comMy advice to you - BUY ONLINE AND GET SOMEONE ELSE TO INSTALL IT! I recently visited Luckys and spoke with an employee who said he could get me new lights for 125, installed. I told him that would be great, and Id be back in a few days to purchase them. A week later I came into the store and the (manager or owner) told me that the guy was no longer working there and had quoted me way too low of a price. He, instead of honoring it, told me that he could do it for 200 installed. I saw him order the part online, and he charged my card and tells me that he'll call when the part is in. Two days later he calls telling me to come pick it up...I arrive (with receipt in hand) and he hands it to me in the box. I asked him if they could install it for me, as thats what we had talked about. He said "No, you didn't pay for the installation, it says so on your receipt".
Honestly-the installation takes 15 minutes to do-so I don't see why, after paying 200 for a 35 dollar part (I visited the website I saw him go on and to get the part to their store was 53 dollars total) they couldn't install it for me. He was rude (answering phone calls in the middle of the conversation), but worst of all they charged a 400 percent markup on one item. IT IS THEFT! BUY ONLINE OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IN LEX!

Provided by YP.comDeceptive advertising, extremely condescending to women. Once they have your money they really don't want to see you again until you're ready to give them more. After your initial visit you begin to feel like you need vasoline to walk through the door.
For example "Black Friday" window tinting special of $79.00 was the same as their normal price when you add the $20.00 shop charge they didn't mention in the advertisement.
They will have your vehicle twice as long as they tell you they will and things you never imagined will be messed up when you get it back. An oh by the way save the trip back, they won't fix what they messed up. For example we had a remote start installed on one of our vehicles, got it home and they had unhooked the antenna so we had no radio reception.
They seriously need some competition. Their bright green building should be bright orange for caution.

Provided by YP.comIf you don't mind a bunch of rude guys who don't appear to give a crap about you unless you are on the phone with them, this place is great. Otherwise I did not feel appreciated at all and the longer I waited, the more I worried if my car was in trustworthy hands..
