We ate at the Outback once back in 2002 and found it to be just okay. But last week we ate there and WOW! What an improvement! It was crowded so we decided to eat at the bar. You are rewarded with a domestic draw of your choice if you buy the first one for eating at the bar. Sounds great to me! Free beer is always a plus! The appetizer was good, but the main course was outstanding. I had the prime rib and it was not only huge but the best I've had in Lincoln, and that includes Misty's. Perfectly cooked and seasoned I could not believe how great it was! And the sides were excellent too, with garlic mashed potatoes the size of a bowling ball, and steamed fresh broccoli. My wife had a rib eye steak and she was also very pleased with the quality and preparation. With the really nice and efficient bar maid and excellent food we will definitely make the Outback a favorite. Keep it up mate!
