The girls who work in the spa are very friendly and up until my actual visit I had high hopes. The staff did not know where the intake paperwork was, how to run care credit purchases, or have internet service to send my information to the person who runs the payment electronically. I had to send the information myself which was fine but I was given the wrong email address the first time so my credit card and ID was sent to some random email but it gets worst. Unfortunately, I was quoted the wrong price and management is unwilling to work with me regarding it. The manager who called me (I think her name was Jan) was very argumentative and did not listen to any of my concerns. Chelsea assured me that management would work with me regarding my issues. It would have been nice to at least get a credit for future services if not a refund for the additional price I was served but since they do not value customers and their first time experiences this won't be the case. I hope that this is a warning for future people who come here. Get your price quote from your consultation IN WRITING including everything that the price includes. I had the SureSculpting procedure and I have blisters which as far as I can tell isn't something other people have experienced. I was only told that maybe its because it was done over a stretch mark which I wasn't forewarned about. I was the first of a group of 5 people who wanted to do this so at least they won't come here but I want to warn all other future customers as well. I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service I have received.

I love Electrik image! I have been tanning here for years. They have a wide variety of beds and excellent staff. Their spa services are new and exciting! I have completed a 60 day Laser Lipo boot camp and I have made many appointments for the HydraFacial MD. I highly recommend Electrik Image Spa.

Best place in town! Have tried pretty much all of their services and have not been disappointed with any of them. Their tanning beds give you so much color compared to the competitions, massage chair is fantastic, my wife also uses the Red Light Skin Therapy which really helps he with her eczema! Highly recommend!

The tanning is ok, but the employees are terrible. They must have some sort of sales compensation as they only seem to care about signing up new sales. They completely ignore existing customers and have no interest in keeping customers once they have you signed up.

Everyone has always been very nice and polite when I go into tan. The staff is very knowledgeable regarding the products and the equipment. Great place to tan
