I see Dr. Willkom and am very happy. I am not happy with the billing dept. You don't get a live person. You get a recording that keeps repeating hit O to leave a message. The message says you will get a call back shortly. I have left 3 messages, 1 on Friday and 2 on Monday, but no call back. I have a bill that says I owe a balance and in 10 days it will go to a collection agency. After going over my records to see how I missed this, I discovered that I has been paid. Actually, multiple times. Please someone get competent help.

he was able to keep me going when i had no other choice but to keep working since social security blew me off.
