The best facial ever!

I have never had a facial like the one I received by Daniella at Blondie's salon! She is very professional, personable and offers the most wonderful relaxing, yet rejuvenating facial treatment. She does a customised skin treatment and also offers the best scalp & neck massage you'll ever have. Daniella loves her work and it shows!

My wife and I went for 1 hr facials hers was 1 hr. Mine was suppose to be 1 hr after 30 min Daniella told me it was all done.i went to desk and was charged $131. $61 each for 2 facials and 9 for my wife's eyebrows. I paid before I looked at my watch and realized mine was 30 mins. I called to speak with the manager from outside the door and was told the manager was not there (he was standing right next to the receptionist) I said isn't that him standing next to you? She said "oh yeah" please hold she came back in three mins.and said he's the wrong one so I told the other one and she's talking to Daniella . I was then given the manager who refused to remedy the situation.i asked for the owner and she said "I'm kind a one of them,and you aren't going to talk to anyone else.i asked how I could put a complaint in with the mall and was told "you can figure that out yourself. Finally she said to work it out with dannilla.This was my first and last time for a facial there or anywhere else b forget about blondesb

I have come to this salon a few times and have always left happy. The front desk is very nice and accommodating. The salon is clean and welcoming. I had a cut and color done and i am in love. Thanks alot Blondies I will be back. The best!

I have been a client at Blondie's salon for nearly 2 years. and I have always found the front desk staff to be very accommodating and friendly even when I walk in without an appointment. which is very important for me and my schedule. I have been to a couple of different stylist and I have found them all to be exceptionable

i had my hair razored in long layers by the owner. these 'long' layers were 3" from the top of my head on one side and about 5" on the other side. need i say more????

Horrible customer service...waited for over 30 minutes even though I made an appointment and kept chekcing in with the receptionist of when I would be taken back...the manager does not know who to make the situation right...apologizing and making excuses of how busy someone is does not make the customer feel better only the manager...sadly I didn't read these other reviews before going
