Horrible service. Man there is very unprofessional and seems a little shaddy. Tux was wrinkled and buttons was broken. Told me one price over the phone then at checkout $40 more that quoted but I refused to pay and he gave it to me for original quote. He only takes cash which was not mentioned before hand. Just over all not a good experience will never go there again .

My friend an I got invited to a last minute Gala and Florida Tux was the only Tuxedo shop in our Central Florida area that wanted to help us out last minute. We got top of the line Tuxedos, great price, and fantastic service. Thank you so much for being a blessing to us.

Me and my husband got married Saturday November 2nd and we used florida tux for the groom and groomsmen and we were so pleased they have great affordable prices and great deals and specials. He was so helpful and on top of everything. If we ever need tuxedos agian I know exactly where to go!!! Thank you for making my husband looks absolutely handsome on our wedding day

My (now) husband and I found Florida Tux online and were so pleased with the service we received! We rented a total of 8 tuxedo sets and Ghassan matched the inside vests & bow ties perfectly to the pink I chose for my bridesmaid's dresses. Ghassan is very friendly and enjoys (correctly) guessing the groomsmen's sizes before even measuring them. He treated our parents & groomsmen so well when they went for their fittings and when they returned their tuxedos. I would recommend FL Tux to anyone looking for a tuxedo or suit for a formal event, needing a reliable company and expecting great customer service. Thanks, Ghassan!

My daughter and future son in law chose Florida Tux to service all their tuxedos needs. Today I took my son to get fitted for his tux, the alteration charges were going to increase by at least 50% due to the fact that my son is very short and heavy set, especially around the mid section. To my surprise the owner of the Florida Tux decided to do the alterations him self to save me the additional charges. In addition to that, he was very gentle and soft spoken with my son who happens to have Down Syndrome. This very gentle man reminded me that in this harsh and money hugry world, that there are still nice people out there, that are not out to just to make money.

Hi, Mi name is Michael and I rented tux for my party my party was on Saturday the 8th of December and I bicked up the tux on Friday the 7th of december. the tux was very clean and fited my size perfectly. the color of the vest was great. the customer service was great and I was so happy with the service. i will recommend this tuxedo place for anyone in the future for any occasion

The heartless creep in charge had no compassion for the fact that my father had a heart attack the day before the wedding and because the tux was already picked up, there was no refund. My father was in the hospital and not capeable of even being at the wedding and this SOB foreign piece of crap said absolutely no refund he doesn't care if it was worn or not. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS POS company. A negative rating, no stars for this guy.

Ghasson was the greatest help. I am getting married next year and had visited a chain tux store and left completely turned off by their service. I was taken care of, valued as a customer, and left knowing that I was getting a quality tux at a good price. Ghasson even guessed my sizes correctly before he even measured me!
