Aiello, M.D. is a highly respected Orange County plastic surgeon whose education, experience and focus on patient care have made him one of the most sought after plastic surgeons in Southern California. Dr. Aiello is board certified by the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the more select group, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. Aiello completed his undergraduate studies with honors at the State University of New York in 1973. He then graduated Cum Laude from Rome University Medical School, Italy in 1980. He completed his general surgery residency at New York’s North Shore Cornell University Hospital in 1984 and went on to complete plastic surgery residency at St. Louis University in 1986. Additionally, Dr. Aiello completed his fellowship in orthopedic hand and micro vascular surgery at Loma Linda University in 1987.
