Said they would shorten the bottom of a dress by the next day and would call when it was ready (pretty simple task). When I realized they hadn't called me, I called before they said they closed, 7:00 pm, and no one picked up. I didn't have my dress for a super important work trip. When I picked up my dress later, they played dumb.
