Epic provided services to my elderly aunt following several different hospitalizations over the last few years. Staff were professional, knowledgeable and very caring. Agency administrators went above and beyond to ensure that she got the care that she needed and worked diligently to address issues resulting from an incompetent discharge planner at a rehabilitation center. An all-around great experience.
