I went to them for a series of t-shirts I needed to have both dyed and printed. I trusted them to do a quick turnaround as they promised but instead, they kept telling me they were going to get to it in the next couple of weeks. I tried to have faith in them because I felt my hands were tied - they had already burned all the screens and dyed the tees. Three months later, still no product and I lost one of our biggest paying clients over this delay. Warning: if you trust them with your business, you will lose that business. Pacific Blue is very unreliable.
