Provided by YP.comUnfortunately kaiser staff booked me incorrectly sending me to multiple sites on the same day (none of which saw me due to scheduling confusion). After being told by everyone I would just have to book another appointment a month away, Ayana at the front desk took the time to figure out the issue and get me connected to a supervisor who booked me for the next morning. Extremely grateful for Ayana’s support as a kaiser rep and making sure I got the help I needed
