worse dental customer service provider

we went for service on oct. 2009 this amt. was charged on the credit card. even when we had full medical benefits they said they would reimburse the service fees. still waiting don't follow refund/reimbursement policy. now we are on may 2010 haven't received refund or reimbursement they are great at giving you the run around.

i gave one star but they don't deserve one star but i had to give them a rating in order to proceed. if you have a choice i recommend you do not come here or any western dental facilities.
