Dr. Zahorik, board certified in family medicine, is a member of the Kentucky Medical Association, the Greater Louisville Medical Society and the American Academy of Family Physicians. A native of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family, biking, running, gardening, baking and reading.
