Terrible customer service! If the smell and cramped animal conditions don't tell you to turn back and get in your car, then the "highly trained" staff and their attitudes will. Tried to give them another chance after a year or so of staying away but things have just gotten worse. You won't get a quality pet here. Go to Dean's pet shop or Sandy's.

I bought my six year old daughter a frog from here and my three year old a frog and all the stuff you need to take care of a frog, spent lots of money. Found out frog was sick and would not eat. Called to see what we should do about it, did what we was told and now we have a dead frog. Called to see if they would do anything and no not there problem anymore! I don't recommend this pet shop to anyone. I would not give this business any stars but it made me in order to put the review on here.

The store is filthy and there are cockroaches everywhere. There were dead animals in some of the cages. The puppy's and kitten's have never been cleaned, cages are filled with feces. I wanted to buy one, but the employee ignored me, walked into another room and did not return. I would not support this local business.

I was in there a month or so ago, and I was just wanting to see what they had, and for you snake lovers you will love their selection! In the back room it is HEAVEN. I believe there was an albino burmese or two, can't really say what they were because i was too in awe over them all. In two weeks im going back to get my first ball python! The workers were awesome and nice, and the guy that takes care of the snakes was awesome enough to let me hold a few! Let's just say this is going to be my go-to snake shop in my state!
