One of our favorite spots in the Louisville area! The food is fabulous and the atmosphere is fantastic. You have to have the oyster shooters and the jalapeño margarita. Enjoy!

Seviche is my very favorite restaurant in town. Their food is absolutely delicious and unique -- there's nothing run-of-the-mill about Seviche. Try the crab and yellow tomato seviche on a hot day for a cool citrusy refreshment. And it is completely gorgeous on the plate. Their mahi mahi tacos are excellent. The passion fruit sea bass is outstanding, as is the flank steak with chimchurri sauce and the filet over mashed potatoes with sauteed onions, chimchurri sauce and an over-easy egg. To die for. Not only is their food fabulously tasty, all of it is beautifully presented. It's just as enjoyable to look at as it is to eat. Also, they have the best sangria I've ever had. Finally, the ambiance is quite hip. Dinner at Seviche is an all-around A+ experience.
