In big cities, you'll see these cool little gyms with exposed brick walls, great high-end equipment and nice little touches like cool dressing rooms. And now we have that in the Highlands. I love this place. Clean as a whistle -- Craig the owner can usually be seen sweeping, dusting, and hosing down the sidewalk. Great equipment, no macho attitude around the free weights, and a great friendly atmosphere. The people at the desk always greet me and it's just a wonderful all-around vibe. Their slogan is "Look Great Naked" which is a worthy goal, I suppose. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Does it have an olympic sized pool and Pilates classes every 30 minutes from dawn to dusk?? NO Is it wall to wall packed with members 24/7 who are there simply to socialize and a staff trying to up-sell people on the latest and greatest 'bargains'? NO



What it IS: clean, convenient & affordable with the best staff of any gym I have been in over the past 10 years. Members are respectful to each other and they have what anyone would need, without the extra (expensive) bells and whistles.

Hip and in the HIGHLANDS, why didnt someone do this sooner. I cant wait to quit driving to Wesport road to workout.

Finally a nice gym in the Highlands. This gym is great; it has everything I need and it's really convenient. The people are very friendly and helpful.
