Twinbrook is located behind Seneca Place Nursing Facility which is located at 3526 Dutchman's Lane, Louisville, KY. Our facility fronts on Ephraim McDowell Drive but can also be accessed through the nursing facility parking lot.

Staff members are on duty 24 hours per day. Transportation to shopping and nearby medical appointments is provided. Emergency generators provide power in the event of an electrical outage. Housekeepers clean apartments and common areas on a regular basis.
