I don't get my tires anywhere else. Their after-the-sale services like rebalancing, rotation, and flat fixing are all FREE. I always skip the optional extended warranty; the one time I needed it (and had bought it) my 16K-mile tires were "too worn out" to replace (according to the Longmont Discount Tire store).

I bought a $1000 worth of new tires yesterday and within the driving distance of 30 miles my front tire driver side went flat. I was stranded at the old town library in Fort Collins and so I called my insurance company to use my roadside recovery to get help. The first recovery service that was called, Shauns Towing in Fort Collins, was suppose to show up within 60 minutes of my insurance company making the necessary arrangements. I patiently waited the 60 minutes for them but when 120 minutes had gone by I had no choice but to call the city police for help. When the police officer arrived he was very gracious to help me by using his phone to call Shauns Towing to find out what was going on and how soon they would be arriving to help me with my flat tire. The dispatch woman at Shauns hemmed and hawed and searched for a dispatch call for about 10 minutes and then stated that she never received a dispatch call to come help me. She stated that they would not be able to come help me with the recovery!!!! So that was a total and complete waste of 2 1/2 hours!!!! The police officer then called my insurance company for me and informed them that Shauns would not be coming to help me and requested that another recovery service be contacted and so Choice Towing was contacted. Within 20 minutes a very professional, caring, older gentleman arrived with his towing truck to help me recover. I did not get his name but he has blond hair and an extremely enjoyable caring and wonderfully friendly personality that immediately relieved me that he was the one that my Heavenly Father sent my way to help me in my distress!!!! This angle immediately assessed the situation and determined that the best thing to do was to inflate my tire and then because of the items I had in the back of my Expedition we struggled together to get my spare from under my car and replaced my bad tire with my good spare. Trust me this was no easy task to complete!!! He was so professional and caring that he insisted that everything be done and replaced correctly that I was simply amazed that God had cared enough to send an angle to help me. I now know that God is very good and that Romans 8:28 is so very true!!!! I asked him how much he was going to be paid for his efforts and he said $70. Believe me, what he did for me was worth at least twice if not three times as much because this was going on 11pm when he was able to finally finish helping me. I strongly recommend to any one needing help to utilize Choice Towing when in Fort Collins Colorado and be sure to request the blond haired angle if he is available. I thank you sir for all that you did for me and I was able to get my tire repaired the very next morning. It was a broken valve stem and they replaced it for free, a $70 piece. I believe with all my heart that you are indeed a very special angle that God is using to help people when they are in need of some very special care, may God richly bless you in all your efforts and in your lifetime in very special ways that you may always recognize and know that it is because of your caring for those needing your special help!!!!

Worst costumer service ever, they took over and 1 hour and a half after they tell me it's just going to be a half and hour for a simple tire rotation.

My husband and I stopped at the Loveland store on HWY 34 as we were on vacation and noticed that a front tire had a bulge and a crack in it. We stopped to see if we could get the front 2 tires replaced on a 2005 Ford F-150. We have the industry standard tires on our truck and the sales rep told us that he thought he had some in stock but that we should get the more "popular" size (which means all 4 tires being replace). He went inside and told my husband that he had 2 in stock that he could replace for us. My husband came out to discuss with me and that's the path we chose, but when he went back in they magically disappeared and would have to go to a different size. I'm no mechanic but changing tire size changes your speedometer and gas mileage! We don't appreciate the "bait and switch" method so we took our business elsewhere. When we told the competition of our experience they just laughed...they had the tires in stock and hadn't heard of anybody not carrying them as they have not been taken off the market. I won't stop at a Discount Tire store again.

ON MONDAY NOVEMBER 5, 2012 I WENT INTO THE LOVELAND DISCOUNT TIRES ON HWY 34,THESE GUYS ARE SO VERY AWESOME!!!!!!! I ONLY HAD $10 IN MY POCKET AND WASDRIVING ON VERY UNSAFE TIRES. WITH THE GENEROSITY OF DISCOUNT TIRES ANDA WOMAN (THAT TO ME IS AN ANGEL) I LEFT THE STORE WITH 2 NEW TIRES AND $5 IN MY POCKET!!!! THE STAFF AT DISCOUNT TIRES WERE AND ARE MORE CONCERNEDFOR THE SAFETY OF OTHERS THAN ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY!!!!SO TO THE STAFF AT DISCOUNT TIRES AND THE ANGEL WHO DONATED $20 TO HELPME I AM GRATFUL FOR YOUR GENEROSITY AND FOR SHOWING THE HUMANITYSTILL IN THIS SOMETIMES UNCARING WORLD.

good prices. terrible service. Sales associate told me anhour, took 3.. THREE hours. I learned during my wait they tell all their customers an hour even though there was an incredible wait. Will not use them again. My time is much more valuable than that.
