Had an apt scheduled for a tech to come out between the hours of noon and 5pm and they were a no call no show and said they had a computer issue which I'm calling bs on. Don't use 911 Mechanical.

Very unprofessional!! When using this company for some duct work they left a big gapping hole in my ceiling and offered me a very small amount to fix the problem. Absolutely would not recommend ...

Our A/C broke over the weekend on a stretch of 90 degree days. Called at 8 and the staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. Gave us a four hour window and our technician was here within an hour. He took a look and had our A/C fixed within an hour. Very friendly and professional! Would recommend this business to anyone!!

We called on a Saturday when temps were in the high 90's for my 81 yr old mother and they were out so quick and solved the issue with out taking advantage of a senior citizen!!
I will always refer them to my friends and family!!

911 Mechanical replaced my hot water heater. The office staff were very polite and helpful! The plumbers were very professional, friendly, and quick with the work.

I recently had 911 install a tankless water heater after my 50 gal tank went bad. The crew at 911 did an outstanding job. Clean fast and great customer service. I am due for a new AC and 911 will be my first call. Thanks to the guys for a great job.

911 Mechanical just left my house a short time ago after installing a brand new high efficiency furnace along with a brand new A/C unit and thermostat, and boy am I very pleased with the 2 gentleman that came out to install all of this in a short time. The installers were professional, explained everything in what they were going to do, and cleaned up after themselves along with laid down drop cloths while working in and out of the house. I would HIGHLY recommend 911 Mechanical for next heating and cooling needs. Looking forward to start saving $$ on my next heating and cooling bills!!

911 installed a Carrier Infinity furnace and air. Outstanding job.. This year we decided to upgrade the Carrier Infinity thermostat to be Wifi. Thanks to Bernie and Ed everything went smooth. The team at 911, from the office to the guys in the field are outstanding. Thank you 911.

Called 911 mechanical over some allergy problems in my home. The owner ed came out and talked to me about my problem and how o solve it. they installed a uv sterilizer in my home and after two weeks i don't know how i lived without it! The best money i have ever spent. When they came to install it the installers were top notch, professional, friendly and fast. When they left the area was cleaner than when they started. Thank you Ed for being a reputable business man with a professional crew that actually cares about the customer. I will be doing business with you again and would recommend them to anyone!

911 installed an AC system in my newly constructed house last summer and did a fine job. However last week the AC wasn't working so I called out a tech to check it out (after I did some diagnosis to confirm the fan and heat still worked).



The tech diagnosed the system and when he wiggled a wire from the thermostat the AC kicked on. The problem was a short in the wiring which they didn't install, but I was still suprised they charged me $120 to diagnose the issue ($80 for the diagnosis plus $40 for the "fix"). Pretty shady they would charge anything to diagnose a system under warranty, but I can live with the $80 service call. What is really irritating is the $40 they charged for the "fix", which was nothing more than wiggling a wire during their diagnosis. Heather at 911 told me repeatedly that the $80 charge was for diagnosis but couldn't explain why wiggling a wire during the investigation doesn't count as a diagnosis. She said because they wiggled it and it worked then they consider it fixed so I get hit with an extra $40 charge even though they really didn't fix anything - the short is still there. Beware of their service....

Recently my furnace died on me. Called two other HVAC companies to look at it. First company said there was nothing wrong with it and quoted me $8,000 to "repair" the furnace. Second company found a broken heat exchanger and quoted me $11,000 to replace it and my A/C... nothing wrong with my A/C. Called 911 Mechanical and they responded to my house nearly as fast as actually calling 911... Every employee we delt with was professional and friendly. They found the broken heat exchanger and explained to me in terms that I could understand what my choices were. I chose to replace the entire furnace. They quoted me CONCIDERABLY less than the other two companies and opened their scheduling to work with my "abnormal" schedule to replace the furnace. The crew that came to the house to do the work were the best employees that I have ever delt with. The install was flawless and they showed me great care "tricks" to get the best performance from the furnace and A/C units. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE looking for HVAC service and assistance.

Took advantage of the government Tax rebate and needless to say I got a great deal and a great company to call. They were promt and professional. A year later I needed my hot water tank replaced and didn't question the quote they gave me. It was honest and more than fair. Thank you for the great service ,

If your hear goes out you are better off being cold than calling this place. Ed the owner is a rude person who makes you feel like you are wasting his time.

Excellent and friendly service. Ed came out late on a snowy Friday evening and solved our problem quickly. He also took the time to explain everything in great detail. I highly recommend 911 Mechanical.

I would like to say thank you for a job WELL DONE!! From the great salesperson, who answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. The installers Dave and Lonnie were very courteous and Great to deal with, they completed everything that the salesman had said they would do! They used drop cloths, shoe covers and cleaned the area around my furnace better than they found it. The Carrier furnace and indoor air purifier have been an absolute joy to have in our home. I will recommend you to all my friends and family in the future.
