I went to Jason Kent Physical Therapy last month for the first time. I have never had PT before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Jason was my therapist and they actually do manual therapy on their patients. I could barely walk the day of my visit and after just my first session I was almost myself again. I look forward to my next session because there was so much relief after my first session. I like how it is an actual person working on you and fixing you, helping you, and encouraging you. The office is very professional and the people are so kind and make you feel comfortable. They know it's hard to not be able to use your body the way you want to and need to and they care and make sure you are okay. A++++ for R.J.K.P.T.

This is a first class therapy practice! The staff is very carrying and attentive. Jason is awesome!
I had neck surgery 10 years ago and when I went to him I was in tears from pain. He has kept me relatively pain free for over your year. I do not want surgery again so I will continue with this treatment. As for the hygiene, I have never seen any thing remotely questionable. I would highly recommend Jason and his staff to anyone !

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, but some of the practices are unhygienic and ineffective. I had two herniated discs in my neck and rotator cuff tears in my shoulders. The treatment mostly consists of tissue manipulation. The symptoms I had stemming from my neck have gone since starting to receive treatment there, but my shoulders only seem to be aggravated further during treatment, with no improvement after the increased pain subsides. The routinely apply heat and electrical stimulation before or after each session. The pads they use are reused between patients without being cleaned. When I noticed that I was disgusted. They also over book their schedule, so expect long wait times. Up to 30 minutes with limited seating.

Simply The Best!!!

I've been to a few different physical therapy offices over the last few years and Jason Kent and his crew are simply the best! They are very friendly and inviting and great at what they do....relieving pain. Although the treatment can be painful at times, I assure you, the results are worth the little bit of temporary pain you might endure. They are awesome!!
