This place used to care about it's patients but I am beginning to rethink it. If you are usually healthy and only need physicals then Briarwood is tolerable but the staff and nurses are terribly moody. Dr. Chase has been professional to me but having to deal with her nurse's is a nightmare. The feeling I get is that this is an office were nurses and secretaries speak about their patients and gossip all day. I actually had a nurse call me back and scold me because the secretary thought I was rude, yet she didn't understand I was in an immense amount of pain.
