Be careful of their return policy on boots. My husband bought a pair of boots and asked if he could return them if he decides he does not like the fit....and they said YES.....BUT they failed to say "you don't get a refund"...you only get an exchange. They took advantage of his question and did not explain their return policy to him. Had they explained it he would not have bought them.

That is a terrible way to treat a customer! I will be posting a bad review on all the review sites that I can find. I can't stand when someone does not do their job correctly and it hurts others.

I purchased a pair of expensive boots in a Wednesday And found out that on Friday the boots had gone on sale. I called and asked for a price adjustment. If the manager had been at least nice when she was telling me no, I would have said okay. However because ahe was such a complete jerk, I will never give them my business again.

This place is the worse place I have ever been to. One of the employees told me they treat them like trash and talk to them the same way. Also the reason the lights are so low in the boots so u can't see that they have not been taking care of them. Mainly the snake and stink ray ,gator etc . They are cracking and rolling up.there are NO REFUNDS AT ALL MUCH LESS RETURNS IF THEY CAN HELP IT THEY WON'T DO IT. They place is so nasty dirty everywhere also the bathrooms have at least 2 inches of dirt and dust on the lights and baseboards . They owners think they can talk too there employees like trash unless u are there 10 years or more u are trash . The curse at u like a dog....They lie all the time . I heard the other day when I was there for the last time a employee called a customer a lair . What is wrong with u people u need to be shut down....The cashier has a nasty attitude and is so hateful. There are 2 older women that also very hateful..... if that is the way they want to run a so called company it won't be long before it gets shuts down ...

It's a hit or miss with this place.

I've had my share of good and bad experiences here. First of all, I have to drive really far to get here, so I expect the best.

Pros: This place is HUGE. I could spend hours looking at those boots. They have almost everything the cowgirl could need. Horsetown is great for getting your horse crazy girl a gift. I also notice they have English tack, if you're into that. The staff is helpful, as long as you're buying something pricy.

Cons: The return policies are sort of absurd, and they enforce it strictly. A little compassion would help. Also, this place is very expensive. They didn't have womens boots for me under $100 dollars. Their tack is also really expensive. So overpriced that I just order online. The staff is so-so, it depends on the time of the week. I've dealed with snappy, rude staff, and knowledgeable, friendly staff. (For example, the guy who helped me find my hat was SUPER nice! Thanks!)

This place has room for improvement, but I still find it's worth the drive. Treat yourself.

Ok for western wear

Great selection in boots, belt buckles, etc. Staff was very helpful. I wasnt too keen on the transfer from one sales person to another. Regardless, i found what im looking for and happy with it.

Store has good selection of western boots just not happy about their return policy...no refunds only store credit. If the boot doesnt fit properly after you get home or you discover a flaw in it you are stuck.....because they are not going to have another size it or another boot like it.

I will NEVER shop at this store again. The staff was rude and one of them called me a liar! I drove an hour and a half to get to their store to be treated like that?
