a so called color specialist messed up my hair hurt my neck while she washed my hair transfer me out to someone else to complete the job and the next girl did not want to cut my hair because she said she did not had time. she said she would only blow dry it. But left wet patches I complained and they said that the one that blow dry my hair was the manicurist but next time they schedule me with someone else
I pay 115.00 for partialy blonde/orange hair after I had made my appointment for color, highlights, haircut and blowdy a week in advance
I DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL THE COLOR SPECIALIST HAD WHITE HAIR WITH BLACK ROOTS ALL IN A MESSY PONY TAIL SHE WAS NOT COURTEOUS, SHE TWIST MY HEAD SO CLUMSY THAT HURT MY NECK

I HAD TO PAY SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A HAIR TREATMENT TO REPAIR MY HAIR but at least they were professional and courteous at SPAGO norh tenth south of trenton

I can only speak for the De Sanchez facials. My mother and I both had the Organic facial for $80 each. The entire process lasted 20 minutes at best. The ladies who performed them seemed very rushed. There was no use of steam prior to my blackhead removal, which made the process very painful. My mom's blackheads were left untouched. The website description days it includes steam, so I am not sure as to why this was not done. I feel as if we simply wasted our money. Lesson learned. Will not be returning.

Having 15 yrs of experience in applying wax doesn't earn you a dermatologist degree and definitely doesn't mean you are immune from making a mistake. My daughter had a waxing performed three weeks ago and decided to return. This time a different tech tended to her (Alma.) Her experience was horrid. Her face was severely peeled and damaged. Alma blamed my daughter's acne meds but failed to explain why this had never happened before with the other tech. Instead, she decided to blame my daughter, the dermatologist, and her mom! Own up to your mistake next time. Customers will be more forgiving. Take your time and care about your craft. This is not a mill. You are dealing with people, not objects. De Sanchez loses three customers today.
