This was my first visit to Gateway Tire, and I'm a fan already! The Manager Joel was exceptional. Very personable, honest, and attentive. I was impressed with the timeliness of the service, and comfortable waiting area. Will definitely come here for any tires, oil changes and brakes work in the future.

Stopped by with a car with a.c. problems, told it would be a 39.00 service. Went to pick-up car and was told it needed more work than the 39.00 service. They did not charge me for the work they did since it would not fix problem. I am gratefull for the work they did and an analysis to repair said problem.

I RARELY write reviews, but this place deserves a high-five. We picked up a nail on our cross country trip, Firestone up the street had a 2 HOUR wait so we headed down the road hoping to find a place that could get us in more quickly so we could get back on the road. Gateway at this location was TERRIFIC! They fixed it immediately, and gave my stunned husband a handshake instead of a bill. Then, my son left his backpack w/computer in the waiting area, and when we returned, it was safe and sound waiting for us.

We are grateful for their kindness. They earned our loyalty :-)

If i could give them zero stars, I would. The service is horrible...and they LIE!!!! I brought my car in bc my check engine light was flashing(meaning its in fail safe mode) from previous experience I had an idea it was my ignition coil. Well they said my catalytic converter was "burned up" and my ignition coil was bad so they suggested I leave it. Well the next morning they called to say it was $1173 for labor, ignition coil, and catalytic converter. I told them NO! I picked up my car changed the ignition coil myself($85) which took 10 mins and the catalytic converter was FINE. The computer read bad cat because of the misfire from the igniton coil. So PLEASE save yourself time and MONEY and go elsewhere!!!!!! AND FYI I am a 25 year old female and the job was super easy!!!!
