Hit or miss (no pun intended) at this place! Got my CCW there and thankfully I found a much more comfortable location with a great atmosphere, no hour(s) long wait and no people that have absolutely zero business handling a firearm just do whatever they like. No range master EVER when I’ve been, but plenty standard violations from “customers” creating a dangerous and unprofessional environment! Staff is hit or miss as well, a few really good folks that truly care (my instructor for CCW was nothing short of FIRST CLASS) and although I won’t drop his name here, he deserves every bit of the positive reviews he gets from every student lucky enough to have him. And of course there’s a few of the typical “I’m dangerous just because I work at a gun shop” mentality that comes off as completely rude and condescending (especially to a 10 year and counting peace officer) and anyone around that actually knows their stuff can’t stand these guys and more times than not an incorrect answer is given to a customer from these self appointed know it alls! Equipment needs a major upgrade and is easily 20 years old. Considering the distance from my personal home, the constant and simply unacceptable wait times (made even worse when you get a good look at the folks in front of you that have no business being there and violate just about every range rule listed), the subpar and hit or miss service and a Range Master NEVER being on the range to ensure alls safety; I only hit Range USA when my preferred spots have a rare closing or similar! Take your classes at this place because they truly are the best of the best in that regard, but DO NOT use them as a preferred practice range! Have never engaged in a firearm purchase there so cannot comment on that side of things. Although they are 1 of only 2 local Glock Blue Label Retailers I would feel very comfortable buying from them.

Great place for beginners and professionals. They also have an awesome deli. The more I go, the better it gets. Great ranges, great classes, awesome instructors, a lounge area with TV for chilling. Good selection of guns to shot if you don't have your own.

Its a great place to go shooting! Range fees are reasonable and ammo prices are really not that bad either when you compare them to the superstores. The younger staff could stand to be a bit more polite and patient when waiting on customers, but overall I would recommend this place to anyone needing a safe and convenient place to shoot in the Bartlett area.
