Our Service Technician: Each employee of our company has had a complete background check and passed drug tested. They participate in our in-depth ongoing training program. They are in a complete company uniform and arrive in a company van. They have been trained in customer service and will provide pricing for all work needed out of a written up front pricing guide. Our Service Technicians will ware shoe covering and lay down mates wail in your home to protect your floors and walls. Our on Time Service: On time service to meet your busy schedule. If our Service Technician is one minute late for any reason - the Service Call if FREE! If we are late for any reason we will deduct 5 % off the total Invoice for every15 minutes that we are late up to 15% off our Standard Price. We offer Emergency Service for when you need us now, a Two Hour or Less Service and Same day service No extra charge for work after hours, on weekends or on holidays. We offer 24 hours, 7 days a week 365 days a year service.
