We always have a good experience in store, but to get anyone one the phone is IMPOSSIBLE!

Horrible place to shop. I cannot understand why their still in business. Maybe it's because their the only place around besides Walmart to buy specific items. This store has the worst record. I've been reading reviews and for a large store. A 1 star to a 2 is really bad. I've had them call me a lier to my face. I've even got it all on video. Sent it to Samsung and best buy Corp. Samsung person who claims to be the general person for that area knows their nothing anyone can do so he will treat you how ever he feels like doing. To make it short.
I WOUND NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE.

Was the place to buy a refrigerator. Needed a 32 wide. No place we went had but 36 wide to look at. Sales rep was the best of every place we went. Bought sight unseen an lg side by side. Love it. Delivery did a professional job well done.

Best Buy is a great place to find almost everything you may need... I have used their Geek Squad as well on several occassions, and while you can plan on having to wait for quite a while when bringing your device in, the service is ultimately excellent. I like Best Buy!
