IF THERE WAS A WAY TO GIVE 0 STARS TO THIS COMPANY i WOULD. Someone recommended this company to us and what a HORRIBLE experience it was. My husband does remodeling and was doing a bathroom for a wonderful couple in Rockwall. As an add on the customer requested him to change out the bathtub faucet. When he realized the faucet was welded in we called a plumber who had done some minor work for us before and he stated that he doesn't do that kind of stuff and referred us to Total Plumbing and said they were good and fair priced. Boy was he wrong. First 2 guys showed up to do a 1 man job and they charged us extra for that. Said their labor charge was $150 per hour and charged us over $400 when they were their for just over 1 hour. The supposed helper just stood around and talked. I mean, how many guys does it take to take off an existing faucet and replace it with the new one that the client had purchased? There was also a shower valve that needed to be replaced that took less than 1 minute that we know for a fact only cost less than $25 but were charged $82 for materials. We strongly recommend NOT to do business with this company. Not only did they make themselves look bad but made us look bad as well for bringing them in. Unknown to them the customers were city council members and will possibly be filling a lawsuit in small claims court as well. We will be blasting this company all over the internet and to the better business bureau. Thanks for letting me vent.

Wow...where to begin. We spent almost $40K with Nob Hill on our new home. They sent me invoices 1 year after we moved in saying that we didn't pay them. They double invoiced for items. Now we have a shower that won't work. I called to see about getting a new part. Was told it was under warranty. When I arrived to pick up part (after 4 weeks of waiting and no shower), I was told I had to pay for the part and I would have to deal with the manufacturer myself to get money back. I called the owner an a***ole and he proceeded to pick up the part and walked to the back and said I couldn't have it. I would never in a million years recommend Nob Hill to anyone. DO NOT go to this store.
