I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary and everything was perfect! Thank you so much for an easy transaction. I'll definitely use Beth's Flowers again!

Do not use this florist. I checked one star because I had to, otherwise I wouldn't give them a star at all. I ordered a bromeliad plant for my husband for our anniversary. I picked this plant because it was pictured and described as having a "flame like flower" This was important because of the message I was sending with the plant. Not only did I not get the plant as it was pictured and described, a special message that I entered on the internet form was misspelled (SHMILY was spelled SMMILY) and the plant came with a pink bow. I even called them to ask a question before the plant was delivered, at which time they could have told me they couldn't provide the plant I ordered or asked me if they had a question about the message, but they didn't. When I emailed them a complaint, twice, they never even responded to apologize. They claim on their website that their "sole purpose is pleasing you, the customer, and your special someone" but a business who doesn't even bother to respond to complaints does not care about their customers. They ruined what was supposed to be a romantic gesture for my husband on our 29th wedding anniversary.

Highly recommend Beth's for excellent service and quality. Our business uses them on a regular basis and have had nothing but the best of service from them.

Unsatisfied Customer! Did not get what was ordered! The florist stated that she did not use roses and carnations because the order stated that similar flowers could be used. She used stargazer lilies which all had brown dying edges and filler stock. She also stated that she did not put in the tissue or use ribbon because it gets wet. When I asked her why she delivered brown flowers she stated that it must have happen during delivery. I then asked her if she did not want to deliver what was ordered why did she accept the order from Teleflora. She grabbed the arrangement and stormed into her back room stating that she did not have to listen to me anymore and that I was a B----! She then returned to the counter and rudely told me to leave her store.
