Provided by YP.comDr. Aiken cares little about patient confidentiality. He allows his son to enter the premises alone after hours and use medical equipment without authorization. This provides the son with access to all patient information. This is a serious HIPPAA violation and, if he ever got caught, his license to practice would be suspended.
