If I could do zero stars I would. I have never in my entire life been so offended by a place of business. I dropped off a shirt to be dry-cleaned 32 days ago. I came to pick it up yesterday not realizing that it had been more than 30 days since I dropped it off. I was told that it was not there, but was hopeful that since it was only slightly past the 30 day mark, that it may still be on the premises waiting to be disposed of. I was told to call in the morning and, because I am a teacher, and the first break I had today was at one, I called then, The woman with whom I spoke, same one as yesterday, proceeded to hang up on me twice even though I was just asking what is a better time to call. I am bothered by the fact that they didn't call me after 30 days to let me know they were disposing of it and even more bothered by the way this was handled. Don't ever go there!

I've been doing business with them for 2 yrs. I do all dry clean and alteration there. But yesterday I left a pants in the fitting room. I called to see if they have it. They said no we don't see. So this morning I went there and walk into the fitting room to see for myself. And then owner came start getting on his employee for letting me walk in there. And then he accuses of me not leaving anything back. And he's not responsible or babysit customer clothes. His statement WE DONT BABYSIT CUST CLOTHES.

I recently had 2 set of drapes cleaned by Drycleaning Super Center and they were both completely ruined. Both had instructions to be Dry Cleaned on their labels. They were also 2 different sets of drapes made by 2 different companies. It is obvious to me that there is a problem with the cleaning process and I have attempted several times to speak with someone in charge but no one has returned my calls. They have given me not only poor quality but poor customer service as well.

nice,very clean place, large parking lot. they have one day service. very reasonably priced. getting a suit and shirt dry cleaned only cost ten dollars. the one thing to be prepared for is that they dont take credit cards, or debit cards. its cash or check when you drop off the clothes.
