The men were terrific, on-time, and courteous. Simply put, these guys were great!

I had my laptop disappear but since they underestimate the time they told me the move, and I had my house closing to go to, I had to leave a friend to oversee the rest of the move. My friend had to sign off that everything was received. I have had to call for 3 days in a row with never a follow up call to me concerning my missing laptop. Now they are trying to accuse my friend of taking my laptop, instead of trying to make some kind of resitution. When I explained my friend had to stay instead of me and swhy they when over the allotted time I was estimated, I was then accused of tryingto scam the company. And this was from the manager/supervisor.

Mr. Move was the perfect company to handel my move from a 3bedroom home. The men they sent out were very nice friendly and professional. My move went by earlier than I expected and the men even helped me set up my baby's crib! I would definatly reccomend this company to anyone needing moving assistance!!!

I've moved several times, used several companies, and have had various levels of quality. The guys from Mr Move were professional and polite and left me very satisfied. I will definitely recommend these guys. The office staff was courteous and considerate of my needs. The movers were uniformed and punctual. I couldn't have asked for better service!

The guys are Mr Move were very helpful. I hired them to pack and move my three bedroom house from Baton Rouge to Metairie. From start to finish, everything went well. The office manager, Amanda, was courteous throughout the process. She emailed and corresponded with me several times before the moving date, assuring me of the quality to expect. Needless to say, she understated the abilities of the crew. The two ladies who she sent to pack my items were very thorough and considerate of my fragile items. They packed boxes and boxes of dishes and even my antique doll collection. After unpacking all of my boxes, there were no damaged items. These two ladies deserve high praise for their hard work. The doll collection is very expensive and the pieces are very fragile. They even labeled all of my boxes for me so unpacking would be easier! On moving day, the three men arrived in large truck. The driver, Billy, skillfully stacked my items in the van! Everything was perfect!!

I hired Mr Move last weekend to load my 24' truck for me to drive to Miami, FL. I called Mr Move and spoke to the saleswoman named Amanda. Amanda was very helpful. She guided me through everything and explained the prices clearly. I paid $98 per hour and a $98 truck charge. These charges seemed fair enough, so I scheduled the crew to handle the job. When the arrived, the walked through my house and actually told me that they though they could fit my items into a 15' truck instead of a 24' truck. They explained to me that if I went back to U-Haul and swapped for a smaller truck, I would save money on the rental, in addition to huge difference in fuel costs. Billy was the driver's name. He said he had been in the business for over 20 years and assured me he would handle everything. The guys agreed to wait for me to return with the new U-Haul. It took me about 2 hours to swap the trucks, but the men waited there without hassle. They were incredible!

The guys at Mr Move know what they're doing. I hired them to handle a small job for my business. They were on-time, uniformed, and professional. They loaded up my small office of furniture and boxes promptly, followed me to my new office, and unloaded everything without a scratch. Quick and easy, no damages. What more could you ask for? I'll definitely call Mr Move for my next move.

Mr Move was a great choice. I'm a college student at Southern University of New Orleans and so naturally I am concerned about price. All I had was a small apartment, but I was nervous paying by the hour. The professional movers at Mr Move handled my job with ease. They were 15 minutes early for my appointment. Lonnie and Bernard were terrific and I made sure to call their office and compliment their services. Most companies I've ever dealt with were late and overpriced. These guys truly were fabulous. When my friends or family need to move, I will tell them to call Mr Move.

My wife and I contracted Mr Move to handle our move from Mandeville to Covginton. Everything was scheduled through Amanda, Mr Move's attentive office manager. She scheduled us for Saturday morning at 9 Am. The guys arrived on-time and ready to work. David was the driver and he handled everything with ease. The courteous crew loaded everything on board with care and special attention. They unloaded our good with the same professionalism. Needless to say, nothing was damaged. My wife and I are completely satisfied and thankful to have found Mr Move. They truly are the best company on the North Shore!

Mr Move is the best moving company in Louisiana. I recently hired Mr Move for the second time in two years. My first move was temporary, awaiting the renovation of my new condo. I spoke with Amanda, the head saleswoman, who explained to me the various options for my unique situation. The crew loaded my goods onboard the truck with professionalism and ease. They drove the furniture to Mr Move's storage facility, where they unloaded and inventoried the items in my presence. Everything was clearly identified and explained. I stored the items there for 18 months and just last weekend called them to schedule delivery. They were very accommodating to my schedule and arranged for delivery the following morning. I was surprised and delighted to see the same three men who loaded my items were there to unload them as well. Just another one of those small things Mr Move does so well. Again, they unloaded everything very carefully. They assembled my beds and hooked up the appliances.

Mr Move is definitely New Orleans' Best moving company! From the sales office to the dispatcher to the guys on the job, Mr Move handles everything the right way. We had a very complicated move involving several addresses, high value items, and short time frame and they really came through for us. We will be sure to recommend them to our clients, friends and family. We simply couldn't be happier.
