April 2, 2016 Trying a new Laundry service that is closer called Patriot Laundry and they got new machines. I walked in with two bags of stuff. The woman behind the counter was on the phone She asked: “How many blankets did I have?” Which I found as an odd question, as the place I usually go to I throw them on the scale and we are all set. Not sure if I grabbed two or three I started to pull everything out, not sure if a sheet would fall in a blanket pile or other pile. I got everything out when she explained that they would charge $30 per comforter?? I’m not buying new comforters I only want these cleaned. $60? That’s outrageous and you couldn’t have told me this before I had pulled everything out? I walked out stuff in hand. Between their attitude and the price I’ll never go back and I cannot recommend them to anyone. I have a much better spot to go. The service is much more friendly and the prices can’t be beat.
